Amelie, Lucia and Maggie (our newest dog) working in the garden. We had a very successful garden this year including green beans, peas, lettuce, spinach, strawberries, artichokes, cantaloupe, honey-due melon, potatoes, and tomatoes.

Lucia's first backpack trip

A short video from Lucia first backpack trip. Grampa Charles, Lucia and I went on a overnight backpack in the mountains near Boise. Lucia started out with a backpack, but daddy ended up with it for most of the trip.

The girls out in the snow. We pulled Lucia around her aunts subdivision. Mommy thought we should wait until another snow storm, but I said we may not get one. Looks like daddy was right (again).

Lucia thought my coat looked comfortable so she took it off the chair it was on. Crawled in a fell asleep. She was comfortable enough to stay asleep for about an hour if I remember correctly. Amelie kept her company as you can see.
